(ATLANTA) - April 12, 2018 - The much-anticipated third season premiere of Bounce's hit original drama series "Saints & Sinners" on Sun. April 8 at 9:00 p.m. (ET) averaged 681K Total Viewers, an increase of +20% over the show's season two premiere, to set a network record as the most-watched original in Bounce history.
The season three premiere was also up +24% in Household delivery (528K - also a network record), +14% in the delivery of Persons 18-49 (226K) and +23% in P25-54 (330K) versus the season two premiere.
Bounce premieres new episodes of Saints & Sinners Sunday nights at 9:00 p.m. ET, with a primetime play for the west coast at 12 Midnight ET/9:00 p.m. PT. The season three premiere of Saints & Sinners reached 1.2 million unduplicated viewers across two initial airings on Sunday night.
Saints & Sinners was the third most-watched program on Sunday night (9-10 p.m.) behind only AMC (The Walking Dead) and Bravo (Your Husband is Cheating on Us) among all ad-supported cable networks in the delivery of African Americans.
Bounce also aired Saints & Sinners marathons of season one and two on April 7-8 leading into the season three premiere and the marathons combined to reach 3.3 million total viewers.
Consumers can catch up on Saints & Sinners anytime on Brown Sugar, Bounce's new subscription-video-on-demand service. Season three of Saints & Sinners sees all hell breaking loose in Cypress, Georgia. A vicious, no-holds-barred battle for Greater Hope Baptist Church erupts between the old guard, Mayor Johnson (Vanessa Bell Calloway) and Rex (Clifton Powell), and the young bloods Levi (Christian Keyes) and Jabari (J.D. Williams) while Kendrick (Tray Chaney) tries to survive a life-threatening predicament to expose his grandmother, Leona (Donna Biscoe) as a killer. Miles (Keith Robinson) is once again caught between his wife and his one-time mistress, Christie (Jasmine Burke) as Tamara's (Demetria McKinney) wild allegations threaten to put Christie away forever. Detective St. Charles (Afemo Omilami) has his hands full with chaos and crime running rampant in Cypress in season three. It's finally over! Mary J. Blige and her ex-husband Kendu Issac have finally settled their divorce. TMZ reports, Blige and Issac's were due in court to start their week long divorce trial on Monday in Los Angeles. The two struck deal Friday and the trial was called off. Issac's was once demanding $130k per month in spousal to help take care of his expenses and his parents. Mary filed for divorce in July 2016.

Blidge who has just gone through a very nasty and ugly divorce was ordered to pay her ex-husband Kendu Issac's $30,000 a month in spousal support. Now, Issac's is claiming that he can't find work and needs an increase in spousal support to make ends meet. He believes Blige can afford cough up a few more thousand since she starred in an Oscar-nominated movie and she is also nominated for an Oscar for her performance in the film. Celebrated as a "transcendent night of gospel music," the 33rd Annual Stellar Awards promises to surpass its ‘stellar' reputation, featuring performances by the genre’s hottest acts. Performers scheduled to appear include: Tasha Cobbs Leonard, Travis Greene, Tye Tribbett, Anthony Brown & group therAPy, Kierra Sheard, KeKe Wyatt, Jonathan McReynolds, Tasha Page-Lockhart, Todd Dulaney, Koryn Hawthorne and Ricky Dillard & New G, among others. Returning to Las Vegas' Orleans Arena on Saturday, March 24, 2018 the Stellar Awards welcomes the return of the undisputed crown prince of contemporary gospel music, Kirk Franklin, as host.
The Stellar Awards telecast will premiere on TV One on Friday, March 30 at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT and air in broadcast syndication on 130 stations in more than 110 markets around the country March 31 - May 6, 2018.
Franklin is happy to be back in the role of host of the annual celebration. “Since my first step onto the Stellar Awards stage as a 23-year-old kid from Texas, I’ve lived, breathed and committed all I’ve had to this incredible genre called gospel,” he stated. “To find myself now still blessed to serve the community I love so dearly as their host of the 2018 Stellar Awards, that young kid feels alive again and more grateful than ever. This year’s spectacular show open will feature Stellar Awards alum Erica Campbell reuniting with her sister Tina Campbell as the hit gospel duo Mary Mary for the first time in more than six years. The show will include an all-star tribute to the late, great Edwin Hawkins, with his sister Lynette Hawkins accepting the Edwin Hawkins Icon Award in his honor. Also expected to deliver stand out moments are the multi-platinum award-winning Snoop Dogg performing material from his new gospel album and collaborating with Tye Tribbett.

2018 Stellar Award's multi-nominee and previous host, Anthony Brown, returns this year to perform and looks forward to sharing something special with the fans. Don Jackson will bestow special honors upon gospel greats who have made significant contributions to the genre. The incomparable Tamela Mann is this year’s recipient of the James Cleveland Lifetime Achievement Award and the legendary Rev. Milton Biggham will receive The Ambassador Dr. Bobby Jones Legends Award. Stellar Honors Hall of Fame Inductees includes Kurt Carr, Ben Tankard, and Dr. Marabeth Gentry - President of the National Convention of Gospel Choirs and Choruses.

The Stellar Gospel Music Awards Pre-Show is scheduled for Friday, March 23 hosted by Lexi Allen and Lonnie Hunter. Among the artists performing at the Orleans Showroom that evening: Next Generation Choir, Judah Band, Tasha Page Lockhart, Isaiah D. Thomas, Ruth La'Ontra, Bryan Popin and Jason Nelson.
The Stellar Gospel Radio Awards & Showcase will be held earlier on Saturday, March 24, honoring the top radio stations and announcers who most notably serve urban gospel music audiences. This show is also full of spirit-stirring performances by newcomers Isabel Davis, Gene Moore and Kelontae Gavin; seasoned sensations Donishisa Ballard and Jason Champion; and quartet group The Virginia Aires.
